Dear Allison,

I just felt that it was necessary to write this letter of thanks for your and your company’s efforts in helping our family in our very trying situation.  The reason I am writing this is because just today the government arrested 400 people affiliated with mortgage scams.  Some of these were ‘foreclosure’ rescues such as your company provided for us.  I am writing this because I wanted your customers to know that you guys are legit.  You helped us out and saved us well over $70,000 that we would have been stuck paying for quite some time.

We didn’t choose to simply lose our home.  We lost a major income in our family and that was just too much for us to bear financially.  After many months of fighting the system and spending every spare penny to try and save our home you guys came to the rescue.  After a simple meeting, along with the usual explanations about how our credit could be affected and that there is no guarantee it will work, you guys went out there and MADE it work.  Everything you said you would try to do you did and more.  We weren’t even in the state anymore and you guys still pulled this out for us. 

We want to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for your caring dedication and truthfulness.
